Gnocchi with Creamy Vegan Tomato Sauce, Turnip Greens, Sun-dried Tomatoes and Smokey Tofu

The gnocchi is made with some ingredients prepared at home. The recipe is put together to make the gnocchi vegan-friendly. The items used were all dairy free and they also included tofu. First, the sauce is made separately and then work to make the rest of the dish. Boil the gnocchi and cook the other ingredients. When all of the dishes are made, you simply mix them together and have them for dinner.
