After-Dinner Turmeric Spritzer

Ingredients

  • 3 sage leaves
  • 1sprig mint
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • 1 (1-inch) piece fresh ginger
  • ¼ tsp turmeric powder
  • Juice of 1 medium orange
  • 1 c club soda or water
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • T tbsp honey
  • 1 to 2 tsp digestive or aromatic bitters

Directions

  1. In a glass, muddle the first five ingredients. Stir in the remaining until they are combined. Strain and serve over ice.
