Miso Butter: The Secret to Grilling Success

Summer may have ended, but the weather is still warm enough to fool yourself into believing otherwise. Miso butter is a mixture of two parts butter and one part white miso. Whether for meat, vegetables, or anything in between; the applications are endless.
